As an Autodesk Platinum representative, our partner is an high-quality service and knowledge provider. Being so they must be accessible to European customers, wherever they are located. Through their webstore, companies can order and manage Autodesk software and services quickly, easily, practically and clearly. Of course, there is still the human aspect. Customer contact is and remains very important.
Is this you?
- Good communication and social skills;
- A sales thinker;
- Quickly familiarize yourself with software;
- Service-oriented and professional attitude with an eye for commercial interests;
- Can work well with others;
- Inquisitive with a good empathy for clients' problems;
- Positive attitude.
And you got this?
- Experience as an inside sales / support desk / help desk employee;
- Experience with monitoring processes surrounding complex solution directions;
- Experience in transferring knowledge;
- Careful and able to report clearly administratively;
- Can naturally get people on board through persuasiveness;
- Customer-friendly and can respond well to different needs;
- Excellent command of the Portuguese, Spanish or French language;
- Excellent command English language;
- HBO education in a technical direction such as Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or similar. (Not mandatory but a real plus)
Your main activities
- Prospecting new customers by phone & digitally (main task);
- Follow up Autodesk/website leads;
- Call promos;
- Customer satisfaction.
